Whilst the artist has specialised in creating figurative sculptures from vinyl records and mixed media over the past decade, her journey stems from classical fine art training and ceramics. The current series 'Stitch Up' reflects this time, revealing how the fine art practice has evolved to abstract contemporary forms with an appreciation of the quite unique geological spectrum of her locale .
