Original artwork description:

This painting was started after a walk beside the Dee estuary on a very still and quiet day. At times the estuary waters can be stormy. Last winter the weather was so bad and the tide was so high that it caused flooding as the waves crashed onto the land. This day however was very peaceful and the estuary waters were very still. These waters can be very deceptive though as beneath the surface of the water are strong undercurrents.
This painting has been created on a sturdy handmade box canvas and has painted white sides so no need for framing. It is fitted with D rings and chord so is all ready to hang. It has been signed on the side.
