Artwork description:

I live not far from Penrhyn quarry in Gwynedd, Wales. Here there is a very easy path around the slate waste from many years ago, trees, moss and other plant life is slowly taken the area back. There is one tree, this tree, that can be seen up on the slopes of slate that always speaks to me as if it is running down this slope, maybe it speaks to me of the desire run without a care and abandonment, with so much destruction around it.

Printed to order by Whitewall on Ilford Baryta Paper with a 2 cm white border to aid framing. This white border is not meant to be visible.

This can be printed at a smaller size, please ask.
