Original artwork description:

The painting is inspired by the story of the Dutch tulip fever, when this unique flower could overnight ruin or make fabulously wealthy anyone who participated in the gambling game of selling tulip bulbs. The more unique the tulip variety was, the higher its cost, some were worth a fortune. The tulip that is painted in this still life is also unique. This is a feral tulip that was planted in the artist's garden several generations ago, and year after year, a huge bud is blooming no matter what. For the author, this is a symbol of pride and enormous inner strength, glowing from within with a rich scarlet color, he is the main character of this little story, which is captured on canvas. Compositionally, it is complemented by two unusual types of plums.

The painting shows a bright scarlet tulip in a small dark brown vase and two unusual red-orange plums. The background of the picture is a delicate pink drapery and a white napkin lying on the table. The picture is framed in a dark frame, creating the effect of space and "entrance to the picture", making the objects depicted on it even more realistic and voluminous.

Details: The painting was painted in oil on cardboard. Hanging equipment included. Each work is signed on the back. Coated with a finishing varnish for color protection and has a certificate of authenticity. The picture is framed and is completely ready to be placed in the interior. The frame is a gift. The painting is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.

Shipment details: Supplied in a cardboard box. The painting is covered with acid-free glassine paper, wrapped in bubble wrap, sealed in plastic, sandwiched between two pieces of foam or corrugated cardboard shipping inserts and placed in a strong shipping box.
