Original artwork description:

The Red Kimono, which was a present from China, inspired me to paint this still life painting. The red colour was so vibrant and the white and pink lilies complimented it and made lovely shapes.
I added a brightly coloured cloth for the table and green apples. The blue vase complimented the blue of the background. The painting seemed to fall off the brush and I was very pleased with the final result. This painting is painted on a deep edge canvas and is ready to hang as it doesn't need a frame. It is a large dramatic colourful oil painting
