Original artwork description:

I bought these stunning brunches of pomegranate at the local market in Turkey. Juicy green leafs and fantastic ripe fruits perfectly harmonize with each other and compose an accomplished still life. I added also a walnut to balance a picture. I worked very fast to preserve a freshness of viewpoint. The bright colors and deep shadows are particularly beautiful under the hot Turkish sun. I tried to impress the feeling of warm sunlight, covers all around and matches with cool violet shadows.
