This painting was painted from life using the alla-prima technique. Spring is the most beautiful time of the year, when trees and the first spring flowers bloom around. In this picture the author captured a bouquet of his favorite spring flowers. The painting shows two bouquets in a vase with tulips and lilacs. The painting conveys the bright sunny colors of spring flowers, the riot of joy and air that spring gives us.
