Still life - Recurrence. Apple, Pear, Cup 1

For this new work I began by painting an abstract with little thought as to where I was going with it. It was on my wall for months until I thought it would be interesting to add still life objects. The challenge of this was to place these familiar objects in an unfamiliar setting. No table table or bench etc

What I have ended up with is something that has a fresh modern feel, with an element of funkiness to it. It's bright, colourful an unique.

Sides will be painted white to reflect your wall colour.
