This artwork is my ORIGINAL WORK from the series Sculptural still lifes. It is inspired by daily rituals and simple activities. namely, the making, serving, and drinking of refreshing tea. For me, the ceremony itself is magnetic mainly because it is ancient, and also the tools themselves such as a teapot, a teacup, a saucer, spoon are so exquisite and beautiful. In this work, I have used artistic means of expression to give the viewer the feeling I have when thinking, watching, or participating in the ritual of making tea and drinking it
The artwork is suitable as well as for hanging on the wall as also standing on furniture or pedestal. It is made of natural, ecological materials.
