Still life Lemon was painted Alla prima with the intent to paint looser with visible brush strokes. In a more impressionist style, with a darker background to bring the lemon into focus.

The painting will fit in any frame designed for an 8 x 8 inch (20 x 20 cm) as seen in the display photos. Taken with the glass out the 3 mm sealed MDF board is a perfect fit.
