Original artwork description:

While travelling in the south of France I stayed at a lovely place in Beaumes-des-Venise. The decoration of the hotel was quite special and this little still life was set in their patio. How could I not paint it?
I tried for a loose approach with the wooden table, letting my brush create the textures. I wanted a sketch like feeling for the whole painting as I painted this at my studio based on the sketch I had made in loco.



I'll send this painting in a reinforced cardboard box using the French Post with a tracking number
