Still life - Organic Egg in a cup - Painted from life. I used tape to keep the egg from rolling around. Painted in my version of realism, with hints of texture and mild impasto. I really enjoy the unique composition placing the egg front and centre.

The painting will fit in any frame designed for an 8 x 8 inch (20 x 20 cm) as seen in the display photos. Taken with the glass out the 3 mm sealed MDF board is a perfect fit.
