An original still life with a pink background. I loved painting the textures of the different materials. I used unblended paint strokes and really soft colors to give a feeling of warmth. Painting the metallic vase was tricky but I liked how it ended up. Sometimes adding a new texture look to a painting makes it look more interesting. I love painting fruits and seeing how a little highlight can make it realistic all of a sudden. Still Life's never get old for me. Cheers and hope you enjoy it.- Andres
