Entitled: Stepping Into Autumn - A beautiful original expressive Oil Painting by Jennifer Taylor

As the summer months are drawing to an end, the colours of the woods slowly turn to gold. The light slowly fades and the softness in the clouds sings in the sky. I love all the seasons, but the colours found this time of year are always creeping onto my palette. Here we find ourselves in a 'dreamlike' place, a mix of gentle realism and soft dreamy textures. Arrives ready to hang and enjoy, gorgeous to enjoy all year round. I wanted this piece to feel like you are truly stepping through into a beautiful woodland window.

- SIZE : Width: 50cm x Height: 50cm Depth: 3cm

- MEDIA: Oil, on stretched Cotton Canvas, acid free, triple primed.

- FINSIH: Edges are painted in dark navy, almost black, to create a contemporary modern painted 'frame' around the piece. The edges of the painting are also highlighted subtly with pale/muted pink/white, creating an additional sense of gentle framing and drawing our eye to the heart of the piece. A the same time offering a gentle distressed/vintage feel, highlighting the surface textures too. Finished with UV protective varnish. D rings and hanging wire securely to the back.
