I respect old people not because of their age...but because they are wise...

I love drawing their hands...so full of character...as they have lived so much life.

This is based on photographer John's photo of his mother in law holding her cup of coffee.

I created this piece during this Corona virus pandemic when we are lock down for quarantine and practice social distancing. Yet we are being asked to "stay at home" and "stay calm"- hence, the title ;)
