This painting is inspired by the two famous paintings "Starry Night" and "Starry Night Over the Rhône" by Vincent Van Gogh. I adapted these paintings to the city Trier, where i am living at the moment. Its shows the river "Moselle" and the Roman Bridge, which is actuall the oldest bridge of Germany. The painting describes the beauty of the night, with the reflections of the city and stars in the river.
