The Star Wars series paintings are almost entirely autobiographical and is about my childhood experience of watching Star Wars as a very young child. That is why the characters are almost cartoon like because everything would have seemed that way at that age. These films had a massive impact and the memory’s of watching them and the excitement I felt has stayed with me all through my life.
