Star Wars Series - That Is No Moon 14x18_x000D_ _x000D_ on loose cotton primed canvas. No need to stretch just put in frame_x000D_ _x000D_ The Star Wars series paintings are almost entirely autobiographical and is about my childhood experience of watching Star Wars as a very young child. That is why the characters are almost cartoon like because everything would have seemed that way at that age. These films had a massive impact and the memory’s of watching them and the excitement I felt has stayed with me all through my life. _x000D_ _x000D_ Any questions message me I love talking about art and all things painting. I’m a London-based artist, and my work often reflects vivid and surreal imagery inspired by my unique experience with REM intrusion—a condition where dream-like visions can appear while I’m awake. My paintings explore the boundary between waking reality and the dream world, using layered compositions to create a sense of depth and movement. I paint with high-quality materials and put a lot of thought into texture and detail. My process is a mix of intuitive brushwork and deliberate layering, aiming to create pieces that are rich in emotion and invite you to see something new each time you look at them.
