Original artwork description:

this painting is the first work of the SOSPESI series.
I made this work on a canvas, I treated it with the base color of antique pink, I traced the draft of the picture with chalk and only later did I start painting with oil colors.
I use oil color by overlapping many very thin layers of suitably diluted color to create the effects I want.
I represented an old aluminum kettle and an oiler for the machines, hanging through a wire on the wall.
They are two objects so distant from each other, as were the famous Laurel and Hardy but together they were magical, and made us live unforgettable moments!
I removed the objects from their context to insert them in a new dimension, that of memory.
These objects are in motion and are about to collide with each other, what will happen? only those who look at the work with the imagination will be able to complete the action


The SOSPESI series is the new series that I started painting in 2022, with this new series I want to reflect on the suspended moments that life puts before us, I want through art to overcome the barrier of time, to give value to every moment.

The work does not provide the frame to create even more the sense of freedom.

The work is signed on the front and back and will be accompanied by a certificate of authenticity
