Over the last few years I've [more and more] been painting on paper. But not just any old paper but quality (680gsm) hand-made watercolour paper. I simply love the feel and look of the paper with it's deckled edges... and for this artwork I decided that the oil paint needed to go all the way to the edge to bring out the best of the paper. I like to think that it worked but will let you decide...
