Artwork description:

An original, limited edition landscape screen print 'Standing at the Shore'.

An 8 colour artwork, hand printed with water based inks on 300gsm Fabriano 5 paper.

This seascape screen print was inspired by early morning walks along Portugal's wonderful Silver Coast. There would often be footsteps in the sand, but it was rare for me to come across other people during my walks so I could just lose myself in the beauty of nature; taking in the sound of the waves, the feel of the ocean air and the colours of the landscape as the sun rose over the cliffs.

I have used blocks of colour, photographic stencils and patterns from the beautiful azulejos found on the walls of buildings in nearby Lisbon; all printed in the greys and blues of the ocean and the earthy colours of the coastline.

Paper size: 50 x 70 cm (image size: 35 x 54cm). Shown in a 50 x 70cm frame in the photos but would also work well mounted and framed in a larger frame.
Limited edition of 20 prints.
Numbered, titled and signed on the front.
PLEASE NOTE: sold unframed.

The print will be carefully rolled in acid free tissue paper and packaged in a sturdy cardboard tube for delivery and shipped with tracking.
