An impressionistic English moorland painting inspired by the dramatic rocky cliffs of the gritstone escarpment of Stanage Edge in the Peak district of England. Painted in muted autumnal colours I have tried to convey the wild and remote misty atmosphere of this dramatic English moorland crag with a dramatic stormy sky.

Painted using quality artists paint on a small square format 8" x 8" (20 x 20cm) canvas, with a varnish finish and white wooden frame with cord ready to hang.
