This painting is the end result of painting process where I wanted to catch simple shapes, forms that at the beginning were blue....and final result is something different, something that can be read as the holes in the surface or pits in the ground... or shapes that float in the space but I prefer clouds on the sky...and somehow the rythm is important here, like in music. Staccato means, performed with each note, sharply detached or separated from the others, I believe this term, describes well this depiction.
