Brittany, France is a land of legends. This is the legend attached to this beautiful and secret place : the devil and his demon friends were visiting the earth. The archangel saw this as terribly dangerous for the earth's population, so he ran out toward the sea and made the devil and his "buddies" follow him. The archangel stamped the ground with his foot and the land opened up, letting the sea flood in. The devil and the demons where swollen up and never can back to earth again. A chapel was erected to celebrate this miraculous event.
The" Ilôt St-Michel" in Erquy, Brittany, France was discovered by Pamela Kenny-Levick during her exhibition there back in the summer of 22.
Colourful, vibrant, atmospheric. Painted on coton canvas using acrylic paint, spray paint and stencils.
