On the Florida Panhandle, this boat is moored by the outside of the marina. It has been there a long time, or at least it had been when I painted it. As I stood there painting, a number of people who live near the marina told me varying stories about the St. Anna. Some said fishing boat, some said drug smuggling boat, and some other stories.
Painted on stretched canvas in high quality lightfast oil paints, coated with a thin layer of varnish. Initialed on the front of the painting, lower right corner.
Painted on location, en plein aire, this painting comes to you unframed.
