Artwork description:

This work represents one of five inhabited islands on the Isles of Scilly. Within the image there are uninhabited islands and rocks. The Isles of Scilly is very beautiful and is considered an important area for wildlife especially sea birds, fish and mammals. I have now completed three of these maps. They take me between 2-4 months to complete. Because they are etchings I have to work in reverse for the work to read correctly.

The Etching is simply hard ground on a copper plate.
