This painting is been done by using acrylic paint and canvas with various processes of application through several layers. It took approximately 7months time from conceptualization to the execution.
This painting is a journey in the process of developing and realizing Art. Here I am sharing the sublime journey. I started the painting with a feeling in my heart wondering how the flowers, grasses, animals and entire nature felt in Vrindavan when Radha-Krishna roamed over the soil, then on Krishna’s departure what they must have gone through. For the first time the Nightingale looked down to swallow the rays from the alluring moon. The water of Yamuna was sparkling through the floating Kadamba leaves. Radha merged with Ananda. Love was victorious and radiated everywhere in nature, symbolized by the shaking of the feathers of the peacock. Vrindavan remains Vrindavan with the same amazing light. The journey continues …
