Thanks Barbara for sharing your wonderful pictures from which I was able to create this idea. Here I am using a loose approach to applying the colour, more sketch like,more expressive. The simpler result can be quite refreshing. The figure always makes a good subject. The lines are fluid, the challenge is to put movement into the painting with colour and ‘splash’.
The close up picture enables you to get a feel for the texture and brush strokes of the painting. Then there’s the work in progress.
