This is a detailed study of some trees near my house. It was painted as spring turns to summer. The colours at this time of year are all lovely yellowy greens, and the trees bursting with new growth. It was painted on a sunny day which highlights all the contrasts of colours.
The painting is in acrylic with detailing added in thin black pen.
It comes complete with an ivory mount and backboard. It takes a standard 16 x 20 inch frame that you can buy anywhere.
I have shown it framed to give you an idea of the final look.
