Original artwork description:

I haven't painted just flowers in a long time. And now it's spring. For the Urals, a warm spring in April is quite rare. This year the young leaves on the trees are already blooming and the grass is green.
With the first sunny days I wanted to draw a variety of flowers. Red tulips were the first to arrive in my house. These flowers only bloom in summer here. But tulips from southern countries are already in all the flower shops.
And here are the tulips in my painting.
This time I wanted to paint the flowers with acrylics. So I didn't have to wait for oil to dry. So I drew on special painting paper. This paper holds oil and oil solvents as well as acrylics.
I have left a margin of 1 cm on each side for the picture to be framed in the picture frame, I specify the actual size of the image in the gallery.
This painting is painted in the technique of glazes. It is quite unusual for acrylics, but I am happy with the result. Enjoy the play of red colour!
