Original artwork description:

This is painting based on a view in the Lake District in Spring. Coming down from Silver How into Grasmere, you pass Allan Bank, a National Trust property. The path winds down from the fells and becomes open meadow. It's a beautiful walk at any time of year but particularly in Springtime. Then there is the lovely gingerbread to look forward to and a browse around the Heaton Cooper Studio!
The painting is supplied rolled in a tube.
