There is nothing like the beginning of Spring. The flowers and grasses burst through from their winter slumber and the birds sing for joy. All about, the countryside blossoms into life as the suns warmth gently caresses the damp soil and begins the growth of plants, insects and even the birth of new lambs in the fields. It’s a time to celebrate nature in all its glory !
Created with acrylic paints, gel medium, modelling paste, Liquidex professional spray paint and acrylic primers. This painting has gone through many transformations and sanding between layers to give a striking 3d effect and really bring out all the colors and textures.
Mixed media on beech wood panel ready for framing.
