The almond trees are blossoming! A beautiful moment to capture these wonderful flowers! Even though the weather is not perfect, and rain keeps pouring in little intervals, it is a fleeting moment. I would be a real shame to miss it and have to wait for next year, to see them blossom again!..
So warmly clothed and accompanied by a hot thermos full of hot chocolate, I painted this one in the village of Anya (Catalunya). A beautiful place at the edge of the Pyrenees.
