Original artwork description:

A homage to the wooden spoon which has had a deeper meaning in many cultures for millennia and still has today. With this copy, I prove it. One of the hardest woods from southern Africa (Mopane). The ironwood is untreated, brushed, carved, sanded and polished. The shape was born out of a naturally grown piece. A true collector's item weighing 124 grams with which I enclose a certificate.

22 x 8 x 4,5 cm 124 grams, certificate #872/2020
