This painting is the third in a series of still lifes based on objects that I have been familiar with for my whole life. These passed down objects have the ability to acquaint us with previous generations of our families often with whom we have never met. It was painted from life with oil and acrylic paint and has a slightly raised, textured surface. It is on a wooden panel and so would look at its best framed
