This mixed media piece is a revisited idea of placing happy running beach goers onto a seascape of cerulean blue stripes, only this time the blue gets lighter towards the buttery sunset. The handholding friends are original paper cuts from a 1940's magazine and have been carefully attached after the painting. This has all been achieved on a top quality smooth Ampersand board measuring 11x14 inches by 3mm using matt Golden acrylic paint.
I've done my best to photograph this to accurately display the colours but please allow for monitor differences, the white background for example is a soft white rather than a stark bright white.
This will need framing but does allow you the freedom to choose your own style and colour, I would recommend a professional framer who would show you options. This pop art style piece would fit in with a vintage lover's home or modern interior.
