This painting is another of my series of "affordable works" which would make an ideal gift or an introduction to starting your own art collection. Here is a little girl wearing , red wellies, a yellow oilskin coat and matching trousers with a red and yellow brolly to complete the outfit. She is enjoying the rain as children do, making as big a splash as possible in the puddles.
