Original artwork description:

Recently I had to put down my beloved pug, named Bandit. In dealing with my grief, I painted this abstract that exemplified his spirit. In Thai culture, they store their ancestors ashes in what they call, 'spirit houses'. They are tiny little wooden houses that reside in front of their homes so their ancestors can look after them and be present. I painted this spirit house in the hope that Bandit would always be with me.

acrylic
