Original artwork description:

The picturesque and historic fishing village of Staithes, on the Yorkshire coast, home at one time to Captain Cook, looking up the Beck into a shining sun on a late Winter’s day. The sun glistens on the water and nearby cottages. Painted by applying loose washes of watercolour to evoke energy before then applying soft pastel to complete.
This work is presented double mounted ready for framing. It will be dispatched cello wrapped and carefully packaged in an appropriate strong cardboard box protected by bubble wrap and sent via a tracked courier.
A certificate of authenticity will be provided.
