Original artwork description:

Each brushstroke sings a song. Each curve, the notes of that song. Letting the paint speak and tell its own story is a constant struggle. I always want to be in charge, to make the decision of where I want the paint to be. But the true and real work of art comes from letting the painting sing without hindrance. I must be patient and listen for the Sound Within the Silence.

Sound Within the Silence is 8 x 10 inches on board. It is a mix of paper, acrylic and oils.
