Original artwork description:

This is a pastel drawing on Pastelmat board of my whippet, Ned, my constant companion who is never far from my side. In this drawing he was lying next to me gazing up whilst we sat together on the sofa. I adore sighthounds, and his gentle, soulful gaze was something I really wanted to capture in this drawing.
