This expressionist painting represents how I preceive the rocky coast of Sorrento, South Italy. The vibrant colors found at the mediterranean Sea in Italy inspire me to paint in a strong color palette with dynamic contrasts .
It is a very early work of mine which I consider very important for the development of my individual painting style, which is inspired also by german expressionist painters.
