Original artwork description:

Portrait of a woman....

Mixed Media Painting on canvas....

Mix of digital photo collage / manipulation done by me..creating an original and unique artwork that was Giclée printed.
Using an Epsom Stylus Pro 9600 printer ..with UltraChrome K3 Pigmented Inks on Hahnemühle Museum Etching paper 350 gsm / 100% cotton pulp / acid free.
Then the print is perfectly mounted on a streched canvas using gel medium as a glue.
After that I begin a new creative process in which I retouch the surface of the work using colour pencils / acrylic paints and also cover all the surface with multiple layers of gel medium and acrylic resin ,creating some extra texture.
All this tech/ creative work takes several days to be accomplish.
After all the layers got "mature" the piece was finished with a couple hands of matte varnish.

Giclée print with UltraChrome K3 pigmented inks.
Hahnemühle Museum Etching Paper 350gsm.
Amsterdam Royal Talens gel medium 080.
Acrylic resin.
