This painting groups together various views seen in Somerset during travels around the county. The painting juxtaposes these views and experiences into one landscape painting, exploing how one remembers a journey experienced and those elements chosen by the individual to represent the feelings and experience of travelling in and around Somerset.

The painting includes views seen around Taunton, The Quantocks, Exmoor, Dulverton, Wellington, Cotford, Kingston St Mary, Hestercombe and others.
