The Solstice is is the time if ending and beginning, a powerful time – a time to comptemplate your immortality. A time to forgive, to be forgiven and to make a fresh start. A time to awaken. I hope you think of this every time you see this painting.
Although realistic, this painting keeps has abstract and ‘painterly’ feel withing the waves.
The painting is unframed with painted blue edges to ensure no exposed canvas is seen. Images show a frame so viewers can see how this would look.
