Original artwork description:
This is one of my latest watercolours leaning towards a little abstraction! Using shades of deep blues, greens and turquoise with bright accents of apricot and burgundy. Actually it is mixed media, with a little ink and gouache added here and there for depth. I wanted to show the beauty of the swathes of snowdrops growing under the brambles and coppiced trees without sentimentality and so used elements of abstraction to help this effect. I hope you like it!
Comes mounted in a warm-white mountboard but can also be sold framed in a contemporary white wooden box frame, if preferred for £25 more Inc p&p, please email me from here for this option.
