Snowdrop Woods is a limited edition reduction linoprint.
Snowdrops are very special to me, when I was 18 I joined the RAF Police, our uniform had a white hat and so the trade of RAF Police were nicknamed Snowdrops. They are such a resilient little flower and always make me smile when I see them start to pop out in the woods and on the side of the road.
A reduction linoprint is formed using layers of colour that are cut and printed from the same block of lino. This is one of an edition of 7 prints, because of the process of making a lino print, each one has slight variations making each one of them original.
This is printed using Schmincke water based ink on Somerset Satin 300GSM paper.
The print is numbered, titled and signed on the front. The printed image is 20 x 30 cm and the paper is slightly larger. It is sold unmounted and unframed.
The image will be sent securely packaged by Royal Mail.
