It is almost unfathomable to the human brain to imagine the world's land masses in any other position than today but 400 million years ago in the Ocidivian Period either side of Snowdonia, the Welsh peak were two huge tectonic plates. they were moving apart and the magma eurupted from miles in the earth's depths and travelled to the surface to form Snowdonia and the peaks around it.
Imagine the North Atlantic Ridge that we have today where Iceland was born of the moving apart of the Oceanic Plates. That is the same situation.

Using rare and natural materials such as diamond dust, crushed quartz, mineral pigments, 24 ct gold leaf, silver, mineral powders, inks, sand , chalk and resin to build up the layers I trap all the elements in each layer just as the earth does over the eons of time.
