Original artwork description:

Small Things is one of my earliest pieces using many different stencils and canvases.

A base layer of green oil paint and splatterings of acrylic paint create the image of a wild flower meadow. A mixture of stencils were then used to cut butterfly silhouettes from a variety of other artwork canvases. These were then carefully placed and added to the canvas to create the effect of them taking off from the meadow after being disturbed.

This piece is created on canvas board.
