I love the way clouds build and develop on still, windless days, hanging unmoving in the sky. In this relatively abstracted piece, greyish clouds drift across a salmon pink evening sky. The painting is inspired by the works of Fred Cuming RA who was able to imbue his works with a wonderful luminosity.

The piece is painted using exceptional quality Old Holland and Winsor and Newton Artists' series oil paints and mediums with the highest ratings of permanence and light-fastness on fine grain canvas panel measuring 40 cm by 30 cm on a one inch wooden stretcher.

The painting will be packaged following best-practice guidelines and despatched by signed for and fully tracked courier. It is signed on the reverse and comes with a certificate of authenticity.

All paintings are unframed unless otherwise stated.

I endeavour to estimate shipping charges as accurately as possible. In the event of overcharging, I will refund the difference through Artfinder, and will bear the cost of any undercharging myself.
