I am a passionate skier and love to watch how skiers move through the mountain terrain as I ski myself. I spend as much time taking photographs when I ski as skiing myself.
I also love the colours of clothes. This study is of a skier in bright orange and green, just as he crests a ridge in soft snow.
It is in a more graphic style than a simple painting, and was also rendered with printmaking techniques.
It is unframed. However if you would like I can mount it on board before shipping so it is ready to hang.
